II've been where you are

From Customer Service Rep to Head of Customer Success to founder of Unify Success , after iterating and testing for over 10 years, I know what works and what doesn’t.

As the first Customer Success hire, I saw an opportunity to start from a blank canvas and created a customer-focused, process-driven, and metric-oriented team in a SaaS company.

The steps I took resulted in increased customer retention, engagement and loyalty. Customers renewed their subscriptions, expanded their accounts and became loyal advocates of our product.

The Early Days!

I’m a people person. Starting out as a part-time waitress at the age of 14, I quickly realized that the restaurant experience wasn’t just about the food. It was about the entire experience. Will Guidera calls this Unreasonable hospitality and while I didn’t know it then, I know it now.
